Terrible experience from start to finish. My items never arrived. I explained multiple times that I needed them for a specific event but all they kept saying was to contact the shipper. DHL wouldn't respond and I had to spend 40 minutes on hold with the post office just to file a claim and get it sorted. This company kept telling me to wait a few more days and check with neighbors, which I'd already done. They said they'd send replacement items as a courtesy, but I'd already told them I needed the original purchase by a certain date and we'd passed that. Then they informed me they don't refund lost or stolen items. The customer service is awful and they can't even refund like $25. Won't be ordering again.

Stay away from ordering samples from this place or anything else honestly. The sample I got came in a tiny unsealed plastic cup with just a number written by hand on top. No seal, no actual label on it. There's absolutely no way I'm putting that anywhere near my face. I have no idea who touched it or how it was stored. Their manager kept going on about having "professionals" trained to certain standards, but that doesn't mean they actually follow them. And here's the kicker: once the sketchy sample shows up at your door, you can't get your money back. It's basically a scam.

Avoid shopping here at all costs. The customer service is terrible and it's honestly just a scam operation. They won't process returns and try to push store credit instead. Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a foundation stick and they shipped the wrong shade. They said they'd refund it if I returned the item, so I did. Instead of a full refund, I only got a partial one because they claimed they couldn't cover shipping and that the product had been tested. Of course I tested it when I got it. When you receive a package with makeup, you naturally want to try it right away. I didn't realize it was the wrong shade until I swatched it on. Nobody expects to get sent a completely different shade than what they ordered. I'm essentially being punished for their mistake. The customer service here is sketchy and unhelpful. I won't be ordering again and can't recommend this to anyone.

Never got my order and the customer service that followed was useless. In their email responses they claim the shipping company marks things as delivered before they actually arrive, but also suggest it might have been stolen. They want me to file a theft claim with the shipper, but two problems: I don't think it was ever actually delivered in the first place, and the filing system they're directing me to doesn't even cover shipments outside the US (I'm in Canada). Bottom line: no product and a charge on my card.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My eyeshadow palette arrived used with a visible fingerprint in one pan and loose powder all over the place, which damaged several other items. Why? Because they shipped it with zero protective padding, which violates their own policies. When I complained about it, they refused to help or make it right. They're responsible for making sure I get what I paid for in the condition described. They're breaking consumer protection laws by not delivering the products as promised. How do you send a fragile eyeshadow palette in a big box with no protection whatsoever? Plus the palette had manufacturing defects like a fingerprint in the pan or it looked swatched and used.

Wouldn't even give this one star if I could. Rip off company with awful practices. I bought a case at regular price and it arrived defective. They flat out refused to issue a refund and keep insisting it's final sale. Nowhere on my order does it say that. Be careful before purchasing from this sketchy operation. I've reported them to the BBB and plan to keep following up.
