Sorted by: Most recentGot season passes that were promoted all around the park back in October 2019. The staff member who sold them to us said Saturdays weren't allowed. We understood the limitation and bought them anyway. Fast forward to Sunday, August 9, 2020. I drove 45 minutes with my three kids, ages 3, 11, and 12, after we'd planned the whole thing and made reservations. When we got to the gate, the worker there had no idea what kind of pass we had and said they wouldn't scan. She directed us to the customer service desk. The manager there told us something different from what we were originally told. He said that when we bought the passes, Saturday was the only day that was blocked out, but now Sundays are blocked instead. He said if I'd checked their website, I would've found that out. He offered two options: either pay an extra $60 per pass or buy single-day tickets to get in. We couldn't afford either option, so he only refunded us for a basic pass. We ended up leaving with three really upset and crying kids, and the whole trip was ruined.
