After investing close to ten grand in new flooring, I started seeing major problems within twelve months. The floors began buckling and developing blisters in spots that never even get wet, like underneath my bed and carpet areas. When I reached out about getting it replaced, the company basically said no and told me I'd have to cover the costs myself. I'm not giving up though and plan to keep pushing them to do the right thing and replace these defective floors.
