Ordered a special limited edition soda back in November to give as a Christmas present. The company said it would ship in mid-December so I'd have it well before the holidays. That never happened. The package didn't show up, and I ended up having to buy something completely different for my gift. I reached out asking for my money back since the order still hadn't even shipped yet. I checked my account today and they never refunded me. Now I'm seeing it's scheduled to ship January 7th, which is way too late. Don't need this anymore at this point. Really disappointed by how this was handled.
