Sorted by: Most recentThe items themselves are really nice, but dealing with returns has been a nightmare. After I sent an email about getting my return processed, it took forever - like two or three business days just to hear back from someone. I don't get why they can't set up an automatic system on their website to handle return authorizations like most other stores do. The whole experience was such a pain that I'm definitely not shopping there again.
