I had ordered from them before in 2024 but wanted to explore other options. Recently decided to give them another shot and placed a new order. The shipping notification came through pretty quickly and I got a delivery confirmation email this morning. When I went outside, there was no package at my door. I reached out to their support team and they just sent me a tracking link. Turns out they're using Sway as their shipping partner. According to the tracking info, my package was left by the mailbox area at the front of my apartment complex, which is accessible to anyone walking by including the homeless folks in the area. Unsurprisingly, someone stole it before I could get it. I never received what I paid for. Right now I'm working on getting a refund and removing my subscription. Their choice of delivery service is so unreliable that I can't trust them to get orders to me safely.
