The garments here are terrible quality. Refunds aren't even offered, only store credit. But using that credit is pointless since everything is so poorly made. You end up spending all the credit on return shipping just trying to find something halfway decent. Eventually you just accept defeat and keep unwearable pieces.

What a letdown. The color was nothing like the online pictures, parts of the dress were transparent, and the stitching and construction were awful. They wouldn't issue a refund so I had to get a replacement, and then they charged me for shipping on top of that. Seriously bad service. They're very misleading and I won't be ordering again.

Received a knit that has this awful old, stale smell. Even after washing it twice, the odor won't go away. I can't even wear it.

Don't shop here. What arrived was a cheap knockoff of what was displayed on their site. They use photos stolen from legitimate brands and pass them off as their own merchandise. STAY AWAY. I spent about €40 to return an order that was also worth about €40 to a manufacturer overseas. That's a total ripoff.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. I ordered a dress back in November and still haven't gotten it by March. I've reached out multiple times and they keep saying it's delayed, but really they're just stealing your money.

REFUND SCAM! I'd strongly advise against ordering from their site. Several friends have shared their experiences with me, and honestly it's pretty shocking. They ship back images of items claiming there's damage, when in reality the products they received were in perfect condition. Look elsewhere for a trustworthy, legitimate retailer that actually stands behind their goods. The photos on their site might look good, but don't be fooled. Even their positive reviews seem to come from people who didn't have fit problems, which is suspicious. This company needs to study how other brands actually handle customer service, because they're clearly missing the mark. I'm confident more complaints are coming.

Don't bother. These are counterfeit, low-quality knock-offs. The packaging itself is pathetic, with torn wrapping. It took over a month just to receive my stuff. The clothes fall apart, absolutely terrible experience, I'll never be back.

AVOID!! I tried on a dress for barely a minute and sent it back requesting a refund. The owner claimed there were marks on it, which is completely false. Their customer service is terrible and I've found multiple complaints online about this exact same situation happening to other customers. I'm going to take this matter further.
