This has been the worst shopping experience I've had in nearly three decades online. Not only is everything overpriced but the customer support is unbelievable bad after all these years of ordering online. I got a Max Verstappen championship scale helmet that showed up damaged with a scratched visor and missing parts. When I reached out about it they wanted photos but the mirrored visor makes that impossible to do properly. All I wanted was a prepaid return label and instead got stuck in endless back and forths that made me physically ill. I've escalated this with Red Bull management and documented the serious service failures. I used to work for and support Red Bull but I'm done now based on how they treat customers. I've seen other complaints about their support team and it's clear this is a systemic problem.
Had a terrible experience with this company. My daughter ordered a replica helmet and it was shipped with incorrect customs documents. When I contacted them they pointed fingers at the carrier. The first response seemed helpful but then they basically did nothing. Emails got standard template responses or no reply at all. When I called they hung up on me. Initially asked for a replacement but they won't authorize the return either. Today they finally said they'd try to get the carrier to release it to us, but I'm not holding my breath. We've ordered from them before and got our stuff, so luck might play a role here, but this experience has been rough.
This company is a complete joke. Can't log in because it says your password or email is wrong. You email to reset it, click the link, create a password following all their requirements, confirm it matches everything, hit submit and get told it's invalid. Even though both password fields clearly match. This company doesn't actually want your money or they wouldn't make logging in this frustrating. Their customer service is just as bad. Send an email and don't expect a response for a week if at all. I was ready to spend three hundred dollars and they lost that sale. Doubtful they care since they clearly don't answer emails anyway. Total waste of time.
Picked up three F1 Max Verstappen helmets scaled at 1:2 and received two right away without any delays. The third one is backordered and they told me it should arrive around February. Pretty happy with how quick the in-stock items showed up.
Honestly this company's customer service is terrible and I'm being generous with that description. I tried canceling my order within an hour of purchasing but they wouldn't do it despite my legal right to do so. Had to make four phone calls and send six emails just to get ignored. When I asked if they'd at least cover return shipping as a courtesy, they flat out refused. I'm really let down that a company associated with F1 operates this way. My advice is to turn down the package when it arrives because once you accept it you're stuck. I only took the delivery because I needed one item for a gift, but I wish I'd ordered from overseas instead. Would have saved money and a lot of headaches. Honestly wish I could give zero stars.
Red Bull's customer support is absolutely horrible. I haven't received my order from over two months ago and can't reach anyone there to help. They send automatic responses to emails and then nothing, and when I do manage to get someone on the phone they give me different answers each time or just hang up. Looking at other complaints here makes me feel less alone but also really sad that a big company like Red Bull operates this way. Not recommending them to anyone.
Ordered a shirt back in May and still haven't gotten any updates or the actual item. This is really upsetting and unacceptable. I'm asking for my money back but honestly I think I'll be waiting forever. I'm done shopping with them!
