The Nomadik Reviews
What Shoppers Say About The Nomadik
The Nomadik receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 1.2 out of 5 based on 18 reviews. Nearly all shoppers report serious issues including deceptive subscription practices (charging customers who attempted to cancel, hidden cancellation policies in fine print), mismatched product deliveries that do not match advertised items, poor quality subscription boxes containing low-value items, and unresponsive customer service. Several vendors report being owed thousands of dollars for unpaid merchandise, with the company allegedly using false business names and refusing to settle debts.
A very small number of reviews are positive, but they are vastly outweighed by complaints about dishonest business practices. Recurring themes include hidden terms that contradict advertising claims of "cancel anytime," delayed shipments, and refund denials. Shoppers consistently advise others to avoid the company and suggest checking reviews before purchasing.

Sorted by: Most recentWe make quality patented outdoor products and this company owes us $4,600. They submitted three different business names for credit checks and every single one was fake. My junior sales guy approved net terms that I never would have. When we tried to collect, they said they're having financial problems and refused to pay. Their poor online reputation should have been a warning sign. My attorney is now involved in recovering what they owe us.
The owner has been selling items that were never paid for. Our company is owed over twenty grand and has been strung along for months with promises to sell the business and settle debts. Instead, there's radio silence and no payment. The whole operation seems built on unpaid merchandise and broken commitments to vendors like us. We're incredibly frustrated by how this has been handled. Anyone thinking about working with this company should know what they're dealing with.
First shipment took nearly two weeks after their promised delivery date. The second box was the worst subscription box I've paid good money for. It had a forty dollar lantern and a twenty-five dollar knife with some cheap bamboo utensils. They didn't even advertise this quarterly box, which looked like old inventory they threw together. I'm doing a chargeback through my credit card company so I can return this poor quality box.
WARNING: Their ads say you can cancel anytime, but that's not true. You get charged a month after your first purchase no matter what your subscription status is, and refunds aren't happening.
Placed an order and canceled within several days, well before the ship date. They're forcing me to accept and pay for the items anyway. Apparently you can only cancel after receiving your first order. That's not standard business practice, but my mistake for rushing through without reading the terms. They hide important information in fine print and emphasize other stuff in bold.
Don't buy from this completely dishonest company. I wish I'd checked reviews first. Their ads are everywhere and they reply on social media claiming first-time customers get exactly what's shown in the photos. I have screenshots of them saying this. My first box showed up with totally different items than advertised. I figured I got the wrong box meant for regular subscribers, so I contacted customer service. They told me to return it at my own expense, which makes no sense when it's their mistake. When I pushed back, the rep ghosted me. I complained to my credit card company, and the company lied about what they promised me. I posted on their Instagram warning others that they still claim new customers get exactly what they pick, but the reality is completely different.
Running a business means dealing with payment issues, and this company is the worst example I've encountered. We went out of our way to rush a last-minute holiday order and still haven't been paid. If they can't pay their suppliers, imagine what their customers deal with. The owner has a reputation in the industry that's well-known for dishonest dealings. We're now looking at legal action just to recover what we're owed, which is costing us additional money. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
They deserve a zero. Do yourself a favor and stay away completely. Once you sign up, you're locked in. No renewal notifications. Even if you contact them the moment the charge hits, they'll deny refunds and trap you into the full contract period. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Read actual customer reviews online, not the ones they post on their own site.
Horrible business practices here. I gave them three weeks notice to cancel and they refused to refund my shipment. Just buy the items you want from somewhere else directly. You'll save money and get it faster.
Terrible experience with this outfit. I ordered in mid-December expecting delivery before the holidays based on their website promise. It didn't arrive until early January. On top of that, they charged me for two additional boxes on the first of the year. When I emailed to stop the charges, they said there was nothing they could do about it. This feels like a scam operation running through Shopify, and I'm planning to report it to them as well.
