When I asked to stop my membership they wanted a cancellation fee that was almost twice what I originally spent. I canceled my card and somehow they tracked down my updated card through the bank and charged me anyway without asking. This company is predatory with horrible snack quality. Absolute nightmare. Stay away.
Got my first box and was let down. It had barely a handful of stale, broken, miniature items in a tiny box. I went on the website to cancel and get my money back but there wasn't anywhere to do it, not even in the account section. I sent an email requesting a cancellation and it came back with a mailbox full error. I'll need to contact my bank about this and possibly get my legal team involved. Really let down by the whole experience. Update: I did email the address provided but they only offered replacement snacks, nothing about actually canceling or refunding my remaining balance. Why would I want more of the same broken items? I'm escalating this unless I get confirmation that my account is closed and a refund is being processed. Respond to this with integrity.
Haven't even gotten to taste anything yet so I can't really review it. Took a week just to pack and ship a small box and with it being Friday and shipped from a southern location I'm not expecting it until early next week.
