Getting help from customer service here is nearly impossible. They don't seem to answer calls or respond to emails. When we finally managed to get an exchange processed, the wrong socks showed up. Now we're stuck with over 100 dollars worth of socks we don't want. On top of that, they charge shipping for returns. It's weird because their socks are actually good quality.

Really wanted to stock up on Thorlo socks for the whole family but their website made it impossible. The shipping cost calculator gives wrong quotes. The site automatically puts items in your cart that you didn't select and greys them out. It keeps pushing products that aren't even in stock and won't let you focus. This website feels like nobody's actually managing it. The shopping experience is frustrating and confusing. Plus their account page barely shows you anything useful about previous purchases, just vague order numbers and marketing emails.
