Outstanding support from this company. My son introduced us to them since he's into eating clean, so my wife and I decided to go harder on protein and grabbed a bunch of their powders. We were really happy with them, especially blended in a blender. One flavor didn't sit well with us though, and when I reached out with questions they didn't just brush me off. They said they'd look into it and immediately sent me a different flavor to try instead. The whole thing happened so fast I was honestly blown away. This is the kind of business that actually cares about keeping their customers happy.
UPDATE: After the company worked through some issues with their new shipping partner in Texas, they really came through for me. They sent a replacement order, gave me a full refund, and threw in a $50 gift card which I really appreciated. I'm really enjoying the protein now and hoping the new shipping arrangement works out going forward. Just used that gift card so we'll see how things go. ________________________________________________ I've been trying to get ahold of someone for over two weeks about an order that charged my account $103.66 on 5/26 but never arrived. The tracking showed it stuck in Texas even though I'm local to the area where the company is based. The product itself is great, but I was really let down by how the owners handled this situation with a local customer. After posting on social media, I got a generic response saying the customer service team was working on it, but honestly all I ever got back were automated replies. Pretty frustrating experience overall.
