I ordered Easter gifts for my granddaughters and when they came in, they looked a bit small even though I'd measured carefully. I started a return right away and asked if the new ones could go straight to them so they'd have them in time for Easter. Since Friday I've sent 4 emails asking for a status update with no reply. When they do respond it's always after 5 pm and way into the evening. I'm pretty upset about how hard it is to get timely help. I won't use them again.
Really disappointed. I got a bracelet as a birthday gift for my wife and within a couple weeks it started to tarnish badly and wouldn't clean up. I sent it back at my own cost following their instructions and was told I'd get my refund within 3 to 5 business days of them receiving it. I tracked the package and confirmed arrival on March 3rd, but now it's March 19th with still no refund and no communication!
Really upset with my latest order. I've shopped with this brand many times over the years, but this time I'm seriously considering not coming back. The stretch bracelet I ordered for my daughter arrived already stretched out like it had been worn before. Their customer service is practically non-existent because they're incredibly slow to respond. I'm sending it back and I'm done with them. Be careful before placing an order here.
Really let down by this experience. I bought gifts for Mother's Day and one of the items fell apart after just a month. When I contacted them about it, customer service promised a replacement but said it was out of stock and would come back in two weeks.
