Can't get help when something goes wrong because there's no phone number to call anymore. My order confirmation had the wrong shipping address and the order number in their system doesn't match. This is a nightmare and so frustrating. Why do they make it impossible to get in touch???
Wallis responded so well to my issue. The promotional code I wanted to use wasn't working in my account. I got an initial response, but then Leah from the team followed up with a really helpful email offering support. I was seriously impressed!
