I ordered some boots from the website and immediately placed a return request because they were too big and long. I never heard anything back about my return until I called them directly. The customer service rep wasn't particularly helpful and I couldn't understand her well because of background noise. This will be my first and final order with them. They charged me almost $20 extra because I had to pay for the return! Plus I paid for initial shipping and that's non refundable too! This is outrageous! I'm warning everyone not to buy from this place.

What an awesome find! I spotted these shoes elsewhere and they cost much less than the brand's own site. They shipped in just three days straight from a warehouse across the Atlantic. They're incredibly light, like putting on soft house shoes! Such a fantastic alternative to expensive designer options! I got two pairs, black pointed flats and two tone flat mary janes. Plenty of room for your toes so they're not cramped. Super bendy and soft. Simple looking but refined, ideal for the office, school or casual wear. Looking forward to them lasting a long time!

I got shoes last year for my daughter's wedding. It's her first anniversary coming up and she wanted to wear them again but one is a 10 and one is an 11. I wish I'd checked last year. She only wore them for about 10 minutes at the wedding and hasn't been able to wear them since.

I bought faux fur winter snow boots in my regular size. They looked nice when I pulled them out. I couldn't manage to squeeze my foot in the boot no matter what. My niece tried too but had the same issue. The opening is way too snug to fit your foot through. Since return shipping wasn't free, I had to toss them.

I shop for Dream Pairs through another retailer, and they have these great boots available there. Even though the other store ships to Canada, Dream Pairs doesn't. This is disappointing because I'd buy a lot from them if they could sort this out. Really frustrating.

I usually don't bother with reviews but felt I had to share about this. If you want footwear that's hot, gorgeous and shows off your feet beautifully, check this out. All the different styles I've gotten have been the most stunning and comfy shoes ever. They fit true to size on me perfectly. People give me compliments all the time about how beautiful they look. I had on black heel sandals to a fancy wedding and danced all night. The value for the quality is amazing and it's professionally packaged.
