Called multiple times trying to get it fixed but they keep giving me the runaround. Gave up trying to get the other three. Never ordering from Vitamin World again. Would've skipped this company entirely if I'd just read the other reviews first. I shop around a lot and will definitely go elsewhere.
Used to buy Ginseng Complex 1,000mg several years ago and it was fantastic, gave me tons of energy. Ordered it again recently and got 6 bottles to share with a friend. Been taking it daily but nothing. Zero effect. Complete waste of money. They definitely changed the formula when they redesigned the packaging. Looks like a cost cutting measure and they're betting customers won't notice the difference in how it works. Skip this product.
Customer service here is terrible and the delivery is even worse. Never got any email or account notification about delivery and had to wait nearly a month for my package which was left at my office's front desk instead of coming to my apartment. The support team doesn't seem to care. Not ordering from them again.
Placed an order for a buy 2 get 1 free deal on Vitamin World supplements. Only got 2 items when I should have received 3. Called them up and sent pictures showing what arrived. They basically said the box weight proves everything was there and if I wanted to return anything, I'd only get money back minus the shipping cost. No receipt, no packing slip, no shipping notification ever came through. They did accidentally send me an email meant for another customer about their expired vitamins. Would not recommend this company. Pretty sketchy stuff going on.
Vitamins showed up with only 3 months left before expiration on what was supposed to be a 6 month supply. Requested a refund and they turned me down flat. I ended up stuck with basically already expired vitamins. Hands down one of the worst experiences I've had with any company. Won't be shopping there again and honestly you should find someone else too.
Would rate zero stars if allowed. This company is a disaster and you need to be careful. They're shipping products that are about to expire, some with less than 2 months left on the expiration date. Absolutely terrible experience with their customer service team and I'm never buying from them again.

Placed my order way back in September 2020 and still haven't gotten it by January 2021. Had to contact them twice just to get a response and they keep telling me different stories that don't add up. Based on all the negative reviews here, this sounds about right. Ended up disputing it with my credit card company to recover my money. Total waste of time and money. Don't shop at Vitamin World if you value your hard earned cash.
I've been a loyal Vitamin World customer for years with zero issues until March 2019. Customs held my shipment and asked for documentation, which I provided. The order got sent back anyway. Same thing happened again a month later. Calling their customer service from outside the US is basically impossible since they only have toll free numbers. Had to wait until visiting the States to call. They gave me a claim number and said they'd refund my payment plus shipping. That refund never showed up and they never got back to me about it. Still wondering why they never even reached out about the claim.
Just awful. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. My supplements never arrived and the tracking keeps showing a delivery date of March 31st even though it's now April. The company took my payment without any problem but refuses to help resolve this. Skip this place unless you want to throw money away.
