Mountain Khakis shirts have been getting noticeably shorter over the past couple years. I understand that wearing shirts untucked is trendy nowadays, but it would really help if they labeled whether items are cut for untucked wear or regular length. Since they don't do this, I've ended up with multiple shirts that just don't fit right on me. I'm looking to shop elsewhere going forward.

I've been a customer for close to 15 years, but things have really gone downhill. A few years back the company redesigned their entire lineup and discontinued some classics like their denim, yet they kept the same product names. This makes it impossible to know if what you're ordering now is actually what you bought before. I grabbed two pairs of shorts thinking I was getting the same ones I already owned from previous orders, but they showed up looking like they belong on a runway. The leg openings are enormous and would only look normal on someone with huge legs. I bought them as a gift too, which made it worse since I ordered during their summer clearance back in September. The customer service team wasn't any help with the situation. I won't be coming back. Sure, I have loyalty points saved up in my account, but it's just not worth the risk of ordering and getting something totally different from what I expect. On top of everything, I also bought a Henley in my usual size to match two others I have at home, and it fits like it was made for someone a size smaller. Really disappointed with how things have gone.
