Really upset with the durability of these jeans lately. In just two weeks, I got tears in the exact same spot where the seam meets the leg on both the left and right sides. I had the first one repaired and the second spot tore a week later. I wash them normally like all my other jeans and I'm not doing anything rough in them. They're a loose fit but somehow tore when I simply crouched down. I genuinely love how they look and feel, but the fabric quality has taken a serious nosedive. It's honestly disappointing because the fit and style are great, but the material just isn't holding up anymore.

The jeans themselves are actually pretty good quality, but I can't recommend ordering from them. They responded to my initial email but then went silent after that. On top of poor communication, they ship through UPS which has been problematic for me personally. I've ordered twice and both times ran into delivery issues. Since I'm disabled and don't drive, depending on delivery services is essential, so I won't be ordering again until they switch carriers.

Horrible experience trying to get customer support. I've spent two weeks attempting to reach someone about a return label and nothing. My calls and emails just get ignored. Really disappointed in what I thought was a solid Canadian brand.

My spouse loves the style and cut of Silver jeans, but I've noticed some serious quality problems. We've bought over six pairs and every single one has inconsistency in the waistband stretch. Some are way too stretchy, others barely stretch at all, and they're supposedly the same style. The decorative stitching comes undone. But the biggest problem is the fabric itself stretches out and rips apart. These aren't tight fitting and we don't wash them excessively, so neither of those things should cause deterioration. Out of six-plus pairs purchased, three have basically been ruined. I've documented everything and hope the photos help show why this is such a problem.

The durability of these jeans has really gone downhill. In the past two weeks alone, I've had three pairs split at the same spot on the right side seam. Each one tore on just the second wear, after only being washed once. I'm not doing anything physically demanding in them either. They ripped just from stepping up onto my truck's running board. The fit is still great and not tight at all, so it's not a fit issue. Years ago, Silver jeans would last me hundreds of wears, but that's completely changed. The material quality has clearly gotten worse, and that's really frustrating when I love everything else about them.

This is my second purchase from Silver and I'm really disappointed. The back seam that should run straight down the center keeps shifting to one side of the cheek. I adjust it and it happens again within minutes. For $108 a pair, the quality just isn't there. These jeans feel like a downgrade from what they used to be, but they're still charging premium prices.

Got a pair that was way oversized. I had to call them to request a return shipping label because the website wouldn't process my order number. My jeans made it back to the warehouse on September 12th. By October 2nd, nothing had happened, so I called again asking about my refund. Their promised easy returns process is basically non-existent.

The fit and feel of these jeans are great, but getting a refund for a pair that didn't work out was a nightmare. It took more than a month and numerous back and forth messages. The team was nice enough, but they weren't actually helpful in speeding things along.

Avoiding this brand due to terrible service and quality issues. I purchased a pair of jeans that tore in the inner thigh area after just five wears within six months. The material felt cheap and gave out way too easily. When I tried reaching out about the defect, my emails went completely unanswered. To make matters worse, when I posted a negative review about the product, it disappeared from their website. This company seems unreliable and dismissive of customer concerns.
