The nails didn't cure completely. The edges are either flat or curling upward. I put an extra layer of top coat on after running them under the light for ten minutes per hand. They look really bad now.

Found this site through a YouTube ad and decided to try it. I entered all my information including payment details and got an order confirmation email. The charge never went through on my card and I never heard back from them. Then about a month later, my credit card got compromised. Could just be chance, but I have the order confirmation and absolutely no follow up. Really weird situation. I'm not confident about this company, though I can't say for sure what happened. It's the only unusual online purchase I made with that card. Don't want to accuse them of anything shady, but it looks sketchy. All I could do was report the suspicious activity to my bank.

First order of their glaze semi cured nails worked perfectly fine. Then I bought several more sets and ran into serious problems - they just wouldn't adhere no matter what. I was using the exact same application method that worked great the first time, so clearly the product itself was defective. I reached out to their support team and got told someone would contact me. Never happened. Left a critical review on their site and got another message saying support would help. Still nothing. Also, they never showed my review. I've since realized that company websites tend to filter out and hide all the negative feedback. Can't rely on those reviews.

These nails came off within five minutes of putting them on. A buddy suggested this brand and it was a huge mistake. Honestly, I'd rate them zero stars if I could.

The customer service at this company was absolutely awful. My package showed as delivered a couple weeks back but I never received it. I live somewhere packages don't typically get stolen. Checked with neighbors and still nothing. Called the company for help and they basically said it's not their problem, take it up with the postal service. The postal service just gave me a standard response saying it was delivered. Lost seventy dollars with zero resolution.

I'm obsessed with these gel strips! I've ordered so many times that at this point I probably should just own a piece of the company. They claim the color lasts two weeks and they actually deliver on that promise. People at work compliment my nails almost daily and I keep telling them to grab your products. Really outstanding stuff!

Hands down the best nail wraps and stickers out there! These hold way longer than any other brand I've tried and they peel off clean without hurting your natural nails. The patterns aren't always winners but when they have the styles I like, I grab them over everything else.
