Really underwhelmed. Bought their SPF Glow and for the price you'd think it would be better. The bottle is tiny and the product doesn't just make skin luminous like it claims, it acts more like a full foundation. On my fair skin it looked way too dark, almost like a dark tan. They wouldn't take it back saying it wasn't returnable and had no idea if you could even mix it with their other SPF products. No refund either. Won't be ordering again. Their customer service is terrible and the prices are way too high, especially if you have fair skin. Also heads up that they remove negative reviews from their site, so don't trust that all the feedback posted there is real.

They use DHL for shipping and there's a real risk your package won't make it to you. My package was just left outside my mailboxes with no notification. When I complained to the Colorescience rep, she basically told me to walk around asking my neighbors about it. Of course they didn't find it. The package disappeared and Colorescience refused to take any responsibility. It's like they threw my order in a dumpster.

I ordered three products and one came wrong. I submitted a form on their website and also reached out to their concierge team who responded pretty fast, though they're US-based. After three separate emails, they told me they couldn't help directly and that the UK team would take over instead. Then they just gave me UK contact info and pointed me to their returns page like it was my problem to solve. Why should I have to pay to send back an item they shipped incorrectly? A real solution like arranging a pickup or covering return costs would've been nice. Instead this whole thing has been a frustrating mess. It's clear this company prioritizes profits over actually helping customers. Management seems completely disconnected from the headaches their team creates. I still don't have the item I originally ordered.

Unlike most reviews I've read, I had a really positive experience. I didn't need to deal with customer service which seems to be where most complaints come from. I grabbed the Total Protection Shield Flex and I'm seriously impressed. The shade adapts to my skin tone, it's super easy to apply with my fingers, and gives excellent coverage. I haven't worn foundation since I started using it because it's so quick to apply. Definitely ordering again.

A friend really hyped up this sunscreen so I decided to try it. Then I got an email with a promotion for a free gift with purchase, so I ordered the Flex version plus an eye product. Total disappointment. The bottles are ridiculously small for the price, especially the eye cream which I can barely tell has anything in it. Haven't noticed any real difference in my skin and the whole purchase felt like throwing money away.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Avoid if you can. I ordered two items 8 weeks ago, one showed up and the other was missing. Been asking for a refund through email ever since but they barely read their messages. A few weeks later they randomly shipped another one, then said they couldn't refund until they got the product back. I was going back and forth with someone on their team who took forever to respond and didn't even know where my refund was. When I followed up, another person told me I wasn't getting a refund but offered 25% off my next purchase instead, which is insulting considering I paid full price and had to return their mistake. They say they're a small team but honestly that's no excuse for packing errors and losing track of refunds. If you do order from them, don't buy multiple items at once because they'll probably mess up the packing.

Ordered the Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Classic 50 SPF but only got 1 bottle instead of 2. The DHL package arrived sealed with no signs of tampering, so it looks like Colorscience made the packing error. Getting help is frustrating since there's no UK phone line or chat support, only a web form submission. Now I'm waiting on them to fix this or I'll dispute it with my credit card company.

Their tinted sunscreens are way too orange looking. The customer service is equally bad, doing everything they can to dodge giving refunds. Skip this brand.

The customer service is absolutely horrible and ignoring all my emails. I returned products in perfect condition over 6 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my refund of nearly 160 pounds plus postage. I have tracking confirmation showing they received the package, but nothing.

Had a really bad experience with this company. They cancelled my order out of nowhere with zero explanation. No apology, no offer to help make it right. Just left me feeling frustrated and let down by their customer service.
