I've been ordering from this company for a long time. Recently I realized my supply was running low but no new shipment showed up. Then I got word that my account had been terminated without explanation. Since I wanted to keep getting their product, I went ahead and set up a fresh account and ordered two bottles per month instead of my usual one. Within seconds of entering my payment information, my supposedly closed account suddenly became active again, and I was told my original order was already shipped. Strange situation, but I figured I'd just cancel the new one. Here's where it gets frustrating. I tried calling them 25 times over 24 hours with zero answer. I sent an email and got a callback while I was at work saying they wanted to resolve things and that a software glitch was responsible. The voicemail said to call back before 5 pm and someone could help. Problem is they genuinely don't pick up their phones. After leaving another message following 10 more attempts to reach them, I got an email saying my old account was working fine and my delivery was complete. Then they casually mentioned my second order.

Getting customer support here is a real hassle. Their help section has outdated information, nobody picked up when I called during their business hours, and I had to contact them three different times through their chat feature just to finally get my account cancelled.
