Sorted by: Most recentComplete waste of money. They advertise trips to Hoover Dam like it's included when it's actually free to visit on your own. We booked what we thought was a Grand Canyon tour, paid upfront, then got hit with an additional $36 per person charge for the skywalk that wasn't clearly mentioned beforehand. On top of that, the staff asked for tips constantly throughout the visit, pushing hard for $20 per head which would've added up to $80 total. I chose not to contribute given the poor quality of the actual experience. Tips should be something guests offer when they feel the service warrants it, not something staff pressures you about multiple times in such a short period.
