What Shoppers Say About AurumBrothers
AurumBrothers has a polarized customer base: shoppers who are satisfied consistently praise the quality of handcrafted gemstone bracelets and necklaces, noting excellent clarity in stones, substantial feel, and impressive repair and customer service. These customers report fast turnarounds on repairs and note the pieces are unique with attention to detail. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious concerns, including unexpected import charges for UK customers (described as unclear at checkout), quality mismatches between product photos and received items, and complaints about flimsy construction and elastic materials that don't match premium pricing expectations.
The divide between five-star and one-star reviews suggests AurumBrothers may excel at repair services and attract customers seeking higher-end gemstone pieces, but struggles with product quality consistency, transparent international shipping costs, and meeting customer expectations around construction durability at the price point. Shoppers considering a purchase should be aware of potential hidden import fees if ordering internationally and may want to research product materials carefully before buying.

Sorted by: Most recentNeeded a repair on one of my bracelets. The turnaround was fast and the work was done professionally. Got it back looking like it was brand new. Really satisfied!
Messed up and sized my bracelet too small on the second day I had it. Emailed them and they were great about it, asking me to ship back that one plus another I'd bought that also needed adjusting. Everything came back fixed perfectly and I've been wearing them constantly ever since. Really impressed with how they handled it and the quality of their work.
Fair warning to anyone in the UK! I bought a bracelet for 215 pounds and the checkout page clearly said free UPS shipping. Then UPS hit me with a 62 pound invoice for import charges. There's a mention of customer responsibility for import duties buried somewhere in the shipping section, but it should be obvious at the checkout. If I'd known this upfront I wouldn't have made the purchase. The bracelet itself is okay but nothing special.
Just got my peridot bracelet in the mail and I'm really pleased with it. The design looks great and feels substantial in my hand. Goes perfectly with my peridot ring and I'll be wearing it often. The stones have excellent clarity and really catch the light nicely.
Got a bracelet that was way too flimsy and nothing like what showed up online. For the price they're charging, this is just cheap junk. And the fact that it's elastic makes it even worse!
Their handcrafted gemstone bracelets and necklaces are really awesome and totally unique. The customer service is excellent too. I'm obsessed with their Labradorite line especially. These pieces are genuinely high quality and each one feels like it has some meaning tied to geology and history. Yeah it's pricey, and the import fees add up, but I think it's still good value when you look at what other bracelet makers charge for mass produced stuff that's not nearly as nice. Definitely recommend them. Honestly not sure why some folks leave such bad reviews.
This company is extremely unprofessional. They slap crazy charges on your order at delivery that were completely hidden during checkout. Seriously just avoid them. Their customer service is nonexistent and they'll straight up ignore you. They're refusing to send my order because of a 67 pound fee that was never mentioned before I paid.
My order sat there until I agreed to pay a huge UPS fee that ended up being close to 100 pounds. They mention this somewhere on the site but you have to dig around to find it. The whole thing made the purchase way too costly. The company wasn't very sympathetic about it either, offering a refund but deducting shipping and import fees, which left me down about 200 pounds and without the item. They really ought to be upfront about shipping charges before checkout.
The website says it ships in 1 to 3 business days. After they took my payment, the confirmation email said it would be ready in 2 to 4 days. Four days went by with no tracking number, so I contacted their support team. Turns out it actually takes 3 to 6 days just to make it. I'd ordered this as a gift and had nothing to give on the day I needed it. Total unprofessional operation. Skip them.
Back in 2017 I picked up 4 bracelets for over 650 dollars. Fast forward to July 2024 and one of them broke, so I sent all 4 in to get the strings fixed. Seven years of daily wear seemed pretty reasonable, but then things got weird. Two months later I get word that only 2 showed up at their place, the repairs are done, but one bracelet they claim to have fixed isn't even a style I originally bought! Still waiting to hear back on how they're going to make this right.
