This drone is built really well, super intuitive and takes just minutes to set up and start flying. I'm really happy with the picture and video quality. Instructions from Ruko were crystal clear and made everything really simple. The customer service experience was outstanding too. I contacted them last week about getting replacement parts and they were absolutely willing to help. Getting in touch was simple, they communicated fast and kept me updated. Their rep Kim responded right away to all my questions, made suggestions and resolved everything. Thanks Ruko for making such a great drone and standing behind it with excellent service!

I ordered a Ruko U11MINI 4K in late January and USPS sent it to the wrong address. I reached out to the company and they told me they'd filed a claim with USPS and said I'd get my drone. That was over a month ago and I haven't gotten any updates or the package.
