Patch Collection LLC. Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Patch Collection LLC.
Patch Collection LLC receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting serious concerns about product authenticity, delivery failures, and customer service. Multiple reviewers describe non-functional products that do not work as advertised, unresponsive support across repeated contact attempts, and orders that never arrive. One shopper suspects the company swaps authentic patches with cheaper in-house knockoffs when inventory runs low, noting resealed packaging and missing original tags. Another reports waiting two months without receiving their order and being unable to reach anyone for assistance.
A small number of five-star reviews suggest some customers have had positive experiences, but these are vastly outweighed by complaints. Recurring issues include payment without fulfillment, unresponsive customer service, product functionality problems, and suspected inventory substitution practices. Shoppers have expressed concern about the legitimacy of the operation and have resorted to credit card disputes to recover payments.

Sorted by: Most recentThis patch is a total scam, and it's being sold on Amazon for an even higher markup.
These patches simply don't function as advertised. Definitely steer clear of this place.
Placed an order and paid them, then heard absolutely nothing back. I'm trying to get my money back but at this rate I'll probably need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this company because it looks like they're not operating legitimately and could be running a scam.
Patch Collection sells retail patches but also manufactures their own branded items. I strongly believe that when they run low on inventory, authentic patches get swapped out with cheaper in-house knockoffs in the original packaging. The boxes show signs of being opened and resealed, original tags with SKU information disappear, and the patches themselves look noticeably different in quality and dimensions compared to genuine versions when you put them side by side. The practice appears to involve taking real patch packaging and filling it with fake patches to sell unsuspecting customers. I've encountered this problem specifically with NHL and MLB patches. I've moved on and now buy directly from National Emblem or The Emblem Source instead.
Two months passed and my order never showed up. When I tried reaching out for help three different times, nobody responded. Really disappointing customer service.
The product had three format choices listed: sticker, iron-on, and sew-on. I picked iron-on thinking I was getting a patch. That seemed backwards to me. When I asked for the correct version, they insisted I already had it. Then they just removed those options altogether because they said they were confusing people. The support experience was awful and the company doesn't seem to care about fixing things.
Ordered three patches that were supposed to show up by 10/11/22 for some jerseys we grabbed for a playoff game. It's now 10/13 and they're nowhere to be found. The tracking just updated saying delivery won't happen until after 10/14, which is after game day. I'd strongly warn anyone against ordering from this company because their delivery promises mean nothing. I've since looked at other complaints and saw the same problem over and over. I definitely should have checked those reviews before placing my order.
I bought a patch that never got delivered because of a shipping problem. I contacted them asking them to reship it to my correct address. It took forever just to hear back that they'd redeliver it once the original came back to them. A week has gone by since it arrived back at their facility and now they're ignoring my messages. I'm probably just out twenty bucks at this point since these folks seem incompetent and their customer service is basically nonexistent. Skip this place.
