Skin Gym Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Skin Gym
Skin Gym has polarized customer feedback. The single five-star review praised fast shipping and customer service, with the reviewer expressing enthusiasm about recommending the store. However, three one-star reviews raised serious concerns. Shoppers reported receiving used or dirty items despite paying for new products, encountering a restrictive 10-day return window, experiencing unresponsive customer service after raising issues, and finding critical product information missing (such as retinol percentage on skincare items). One reviewer made broader allegations about unethical business practices, uncertified staff, and failure to process refunds.
The majority of feedback reflects frustration with product quality control, return policies, transparency, and customer service responsiveness. The lack of detailed product specifications on skincare items represents a notable complaint that affects informed purchasing decisions. Given the heavily weighted negative sentiment, potential customers should carefully review return policies and product details before purchasing.

Sorted by: Most recentI bought something and didn't use it right away, but it was still within what most companies consider acceptable return window. Turns out they only allow 10 days. To make matters worse, the item I received was dirty and used even though I paid for something new. After I contacted them about the used product, they stopped responding and hid behind their 10 day policy, which wasn't even my fault since they sent me a damaged item. On top of everything, their pricing is way too high for what you're actually getting. I thought spending more would mean better service from a well known brand, but I was wrong. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment.
This business operates unethically and ignores basic safety standards. The owner takes advantage of customers and employees alike. Staff certifications aren't legitimate and refunds don't happen. People don't get paid back what they're owed. This place mistreats everyone, even family. The business needs to close down permanently.
This place is fantastic! Everything ships quickly and their team really knows how to take care of customers. I'm telling everyone I know about it.
I grabbed their Retinol Stick without thinking too hard about it, considering other retinol options out there. The problem is you can't find anywhere what the actual retinol percentage or amount is. Neither on the box nor online. That seems like pretty important information to have before buying something like this.
