I bought something and didn't use it right away, but it was still within what most companies consider acceptable return window. Turns out they only allow 10 days. To make matters worse, the item I received was dirty and used even though I paid for something new. After I contacted them about the used product, they stopped responding and hid behind their 10 day policy, which wasn't even my fault since they sent me a damaged item. On top of everything, their pricing is way too high for what you're actually getting. I thought spending more would mean better service from a well known brand, but I was wrong. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment.

I grabbed their Retinol Stick without thinking too hard about it, considering other retinol options out there. The problem is you can't find anywhere what the actual retinol percentage or amount is. Neither on the box nor online. That seems like pretty important information to have before buying something like this.
