Alright, let's try chatting. After waiting twenty minutes, the chat session just ended with no help. They promised to email us, and sure enough, we got a message the next day with absolutely nothing useful in it. The whole thing's a joke. Some days the app works fine, other days it doesn't work at all. If we manage to finish Outlander, we're absolutely canceling and never coming back.

I have several streaming subscriptions and this is the only one that's caused me problems. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.
