Package went missing, and there's no direct way to contact the store - only SMS and email support that just send you back and forth without solving anything. After 3 weeks, still nothing has been fixed even though the courier confirmed the package was lost and told me to work it out with Witchery. Their customer service is really below standard. Would not recommend ordering online from them.

Witchery and Country Road are both under Woolworths Holdings, along with several other brands, and they share the same Melbourne headquarters, the same automated chatbot for messages and support, plus the same terrible customer service across the board. Check out the 1 star reviews for Country Road because Witchery shoppers will face identical frustrating experiences from the exact same teams.

This is my second order in a couple weeks that just disappeared. Whatever's happening with Witchery lately, I'm really let down by how they're handling things and the lack of support. I won't be shopping here again!!!!

Disappointing customer service here. I wanted to buy a dress online for around $300, and they said I'd get a 15% discount if I became a member. The discount code never showed up, so I reached out to their support team. They basically told me there was nothing they could do to generate another code for me, and if it wasn't in my spam folder, that was just too bad. Not spending my money with them. Can't support a store that handles customers this way.

Had an amazing experience shopping with Jasmine at the Manawa Bay location in Auckland, New Zealand. She was fantastic from the moment I arrived - professional, genuinely friendly, and super helpful. She really made an effort to help me find what I needed, and her enthusiasm and warm attitude made the whole visit better. It's refreshing when you meet staff who actually care. Unfortunately, my visit to the Newmarket store wasn't nearly as good. The person helping me there (an older staff member with short grey hair) didn't provide the same level of attention, and I left feeling pretty disappointed. Jasmine really set the standard high for what great service looks like, so I'm definitely going back to Manawa Bay to shop with her again. Thanks Jasmine for being so kind and professional - you totally made my day!
