You're looking at dropping $200 just to remove hair on your underarms for a couple months during the warm season? That's throwing money away on Nood products. The company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau because they ignore complaints from unhappy customers. On top of that, all electronic devices are dangerous and illegal to just toss in the trash. You'd need to find an authorized electronics recycling facility yourself. I filed a complaint with the BBB with proof of the following issues: Their website admits the device stops working after around 600,000 flashes and needs replacing. I emailed them a month before and never got a response. They didn't even reply to the BBB either, so the case got closed. Meanwhile, other companies offer products with way more flashes.

I got The Flasher 2.0 and had to send it back because it wasn't working right even though I followed the directions perfectly. The return went through and they told me I'd get my money back soon. But the refund never came after that window closed. I reached out to their support team and they said something went wrong and asked me to give them my PayPal details, which seemed really sketchy. They promised the refund would show up in five business days, but it didn't. Since then my emails haven't been answered. The whole thing has been stressful and makes me question whether this company can be trusted with returns and refunds. You'd think responding quickly and being clear about what's happening would be basic, but that hasn't been my experience here.

If there was a zero star option, I'd pick it without hesitation. You cannot reach an actual human for support. My first purchase took 8 weeks to show up. When it finally arrived, the shipment got lost somewhere. Instead of helping me track it down, they just wiped it from the system and said they'd send a replacement. I had to send roughly 8 emails just to get bumped up to a manager, and when they finally fixed it, they shipped out another product that still hasn't gotten here after weeks. At least they offered some serum as an apology, right? Wrong. That automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription I never agreed to. So now they've charged me twice and I have nothing to show for it. The whole time, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I had to fight it with my credit card company.

Their support team is fantastic. Mine stopped working out of nowhere and most reviews seem really good so I reached out. It was a present so I didn't have much info about it, but I sent them a video showing it still had tons of battery left yet wouldn't turn on. They got back to me right away and sent me a replacement right away. When you get that kind of fast and helpful support, I'm definitely ordering from them again.

This company gives off major red flags. Looks like they just slap their branding on products that sell for way less elsewhere and resell them as their own. I tried to return my purchase within the window they allow and they straight up ignored me. Can't get in touch with anybody.

I've had this thing for over nine months and tried everything, including all their so-called tips, but it flat out doesn't remove hair. I did exactly what they told me, shaved regularly, used it two to three times weekly, and saw absolutely nothing. Let my girlfriend try it since she has lighter hair and it did zip for her too. A $199 waste of money for something that's supposed to do one thing: get rid of hair. Nothing changed, not even thinner regrowth. Look up what J/cm2 means and you'll see the issue. The Nood Flash 2.0 puts out only about 4 to 5 J/cm2, which is basically outdated tech stuck in a fancy new looking box. I dug into this myself and found the real reason it's useless. You'd get better results from competitors like the Ulike Air 10 IPL at 21 J/cm2 or the Tria X diode laser around 20 J/cm2, or even the DermRays V6S at 1064nm designed for darker skin tones. The Nood Flash? It's a joke. What they're doing with the hype and garbage performance should honestly be illegal.

Wish I'd read more feedback before buying this. I grabbed their Black Friday package but didn't get everything I was supposed to. Almost two months have gone by with zero updates on the missing stuff. And the laser itself? Complete disappointment. It doesn't even work properly and I had to stop using it because I started getting rashes from it.

Total waste. Used it for three months straight and there's no change whatsoever. When I asked for a refund, customer service shot me down. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them.
