Their return process is a nightmare. I tried using both options they offer and ended up getting the short end of the stick each time. Honestly, paying a bit extra somewhere else would have been way smarter. What really got me was checking their website reviews - they've got almost 6000 of them and barely any that are 2 stars or less. I ordered safety shoes online and was shocked to find they sent me used footwear that looked like it had been worn before, packed in a beat-up box. I sent them back right away and did get my money back through the third party processor. But then the company sent me a really rude email saying that I was the one who had worn them and warned they'd report me! I'm seriously upset with how they handled this. Yeah, their prices are lower, but do you really want to risk getting secondhand shoes shipped to you?
