Don't buy from this place. Complete scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes that I never received, even weeks later. The only contact email you get doesn't respond. There's no phone number to call. The whole thing is fraudulent and sketchy. You'd have to give this company way more than a negative 10 star rating if you could.

These small scented candles in the 4-pack come with wicks that are way too short. They burn out on their own after about an hour once the wax melts down.

I purchased some pricey holiday decorations that arrived with really poor packaging. The paint was scratched on multiple pieces and one item was completely shattered. I sent two messages asking about it and haven't heard anything back. Heads up to anyone shopping here: there is basically no customer support available.

This is a website run from overseas that ships items from Asia without telling you upfront. And honestly that's not even the worst issue. They also process payments through an overseas payment system, so if you're not using a specific type of bank account, you'll end up paying extra foreign transaction charges on top of your purchase. Still not the worst part though. Your order probably won't show up, and when it doesn't, you have to email some random account to try getting your money back. Definitely a scam.

This fraudulent operation goes by a few different names online and they all look identical. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email. When I tried reaching out to them, I got nothing back. The real problem? They took my credit card info and I started seeing charges I didn't authorize. I'm still dealing with this mess. If you see this before ordering, don't do it. If you already ordered, monitor your credit card statements carefully for several months after using it there.

Really upset that Pier 1 keeps ignoring my messages. It's been several months now since I paid almost three hundred dollars for something that shows in their system as never having shipped. Their app automatically acknowledges when I send an email but then nobody actually responds. If there's a class action happening, I'm interested in joining.

I ordered some marked down holiday stuff the day after Christmas from several retailers, one being Pier One. Everything showed up except my Pier One order. I kept emailing to ask where it was. All I kept getting were automated responses saying someone would be in touch soon. That never happened. Then I looked at other people's reviews and realized this was a widespread problem. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. They investigated and ended up giving me my money back. With everything I've read about the ownership and structure of this online version of Pier One, I have a bad feeling the company won't survive. I suspect bankruptcy is coming. If you've ordered from here, I'd suggest contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge while you still can.

This experience was really disappointing. I shopped at Pier1 for years and absolutely loved it. When my neighborhood store closed, I was happy to find they had an online presence. The recording said they couldn't take calls and told me to submit a request online instead. They asked for photos of the damaged item and packaging, which I sent right away. It's been over a week and still nothing. Do I really need to keep broken glass sitting around waiting for them to respond? Based on what others are saying, they probably never will.
