STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased an expensive appliance for $650 on May 16th and it never got shipped out. I asked for my money back because of poor communication but haven't received any replies to my messages. The phone numbers I tracked down through business records only go to voicemail and nobody ever called me back. After looking into the company's background, I learned it was purchased recently and is now controlled by some questionable individuals. I used to trust this place and had bought from them before. I'm devastated and haven't been sleeping well knowing there are businesses out there that flat out steal from people. I'm urging anyone else who's been ripped off to file a complaint with consumer protection authorities. I've already filed a chargeback with my credit card company.
