Had a really disappointing experience with their warranty support. Ordered boots online back in September and by February the sole was coming apart. When I contacted customer service about getting them replaced under the one year warranty, they only offered me 50% off a replacement pair instead. We went back and forth via email for a while with me asking for a full replacement of equivalent value, but eventually they just quit responding to me. I tried calling too and got transferred to a supervisor, but they still wouldn't budge on anything better than that 50% discount. This feels like poor service to me considering I'd only worn these boots for about 5 months before they started falling apart.

These boots are fantastic and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking for footwear that's light, comfortable, and built to last. I owned a pair years back and finally had to retire them recently, so I picked up a new pair to replace them. Sure, breaking in new boots is tough at first, but these ones are absolutely worth the hassle.
