Their Caviar Sticks are absolutely broken and don't work right. Don't get me wrong, the colors look nice and the product quality is solid. The problem is that when you twist open the stick, the actual product just falls right out instead of staying in place like it should. When I reached out to them about it, they basically told me to go back to Sephora and didn't offer any real help. These things cost thirty-three bucks each, which is a lot when they don't even function correctly. I've got three of them and every single one has the same problem. My sister also bought three and same issue with all of hers. This isn't just one bad stick. It's clearly a widespread issue.

Went to the department store counter yesterday and had a pretty rough experience. I dropped over $164 in about ten minutes, but the salesperson kept getting distracted talking to her sister and messed up my foundation shade without even asking. I was looking for a lipstick too, but she basically ignored me while chatting away. Ended up getting my lip items somewhere else instead. To top it all off, the person helping me at that counter didn't even understand what a clean beauty product was. After spending that much money, the only thing she offered me was a sample I didn't want, and she seemed annoyed about the whole thing. I filed a complaint with the company and got a robotic response that didn't address anything. Won't be going back.

Ordered something on September 3rd with a guaranteed delivery by the 9th. It never arrived. I reached out and found out they hadn't even processed it yet. They created a new order for me, but here we are two weeks later and it still hasn't shipped. The actual products are fantastic, but getting them is a nightmare.

Had an issue with a product that contained talc. When I reached out, their reply basically told me to talk to a doctor before using it since talc might have asbestos. That wasn't helpful at all and totally missed the point. Not coming back as a customer.

I've been loyal to Laura Mercier forever and always repurchased the almond coconut line. But I just spent a couple hundred bucks on their almond coconut collection and it's honestly the worst purchase I've made. I still have bottles from four years ago that are SO much better than what I just bought. The new stuff switched from oil-based to alcohol-based, costs more, and barely lasts on your body. I used to get compliments all day wearing the old formula. Now it's gone in about an hour. It's awful. My older bottles are clearly superior. I don't even want a refund, I'm just shocked they made this change. I assume they got sold and now it's garbage. Won't recommend anymore. Victoria's Secret actually smells better and lasts longer, and I've never even liked that brand. Why would they do this? I'm honestly done thinking about them. Giving my products away.

I'm genuinely shocked by all the negative reviews on this site. My partner reached out to them on my behalf after ordering me some foundation for Christmas. He picked the shade I normally wear, but the website kept switching it to a different one without us realizing. He ended up placing two orders with the wrong shade. Plus, he should have gotten free expedited shipping with the promotion, but they charged him for it instead. After looking at their website terms saying orders can't be modified, he felt stuck and told me what happened. I called the next morning and they were absolutely wonderful. They promised to try and stop the orders before shipment and said they'd investigate why the website kept changing the shade. They apologized and asked which color I actually wanted. They ended up sending replacements with the correct shades.

Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this site. Before you buy anything, call them to verify the product is actually in stock. I ordered a Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector and waited 11 days with zero updates on my shipment. When I finally called, they told me the item was sold out. This place is basically a scam.

The foundation itself is really good quality, but the applicator wand is tiny and makes everything super messy. The cap also doesn't seal properly, so taking it anywhere is a disaster.

The website is honestly the worst place to shop. Their chat support takes forever to respond, the site runs slow and makes ordering a pain. Plus their products just aren't what they used to be. It's sad really. They were excellent back in the early 2000s.

Placed an order in April. Only got one of the three items. My receipt email didn't even have an order number or any real details. Can't reach anyone by phone and I'm still waiting to hear back from my email. Pretty frustrated, especially since I went with a credit card for protection. Seems like the company might be struggling since their stock at major retailers never gets updated.
