Don't trust this company with repeat purchases. My return got blocked initially, and when I contacted customer service asking why, they questioned how many times I'd returned items before. I've bought from them multiple times and returned a few things here and there - totally normal for an online clothing retailer. After I showed them their own return policy, they suddenly claimed it was a system glitch (which makes no sense) and pretended they never had an issue with my return. This company clearly doesn't know how to treat customers who come back. I'd stay away if I were you.
