I sent back a pair of defective boots to Journeys and they took the return. They even put it in writing that I'd get my refund by mid-December. The boots got shipped back to their warehouse a while ago and they confirmed delivery, but it's been over three months now and I'm still waiting for my money. They keep sending emails about making it right, but nothing actually happens. The communication is terrible and there's no real fix in sight, just excuses and more waiting. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a company's customer service. They kept the product and kept my cash. I'm telling everyone to think twice before ordering from them. I've already started filing complaints with consumer protection agencies because this just won't get resolved.

Placed an order for sneakers on December 10th, 2022. Here we are at the end of January 2023 and my shoes still haven't shown up. I've tried reaching out to customer service twice now and both times they ghosted me, just saying they're "working on it". This kind of response is exactly what you'd expect from a dishonest operation.

Ordered through their website and the shoes got here incredibly fast considering I'm out in BC! The packaging was done really nicely. Got my son these awesome velcro Vans with glow in the dark green old school flames on them for kindergarten, and I couldn't find this exact pair anywhere else online.
