Would advise paying upon pickup rather than upfront. Back in early November, I went into Best & Less looking for matching Christmas shirts for the whole family. I found 8 shirts I wanted, but they didn't have a men's large in the design I liked. The worker was really nice and processed a click and collect order for the missing shirt after I paid for everything upfront. Over a week went by without any updates. I checked in store and they said it was on the way. A couple days later the size showed up online, so I figured my order would be coming soon. Still nothing after three weeks, so I emailed customer service with no reply. Then I saw it went out of stock online and started getting worried. When I finally called the main office, they just cancelled my prepaid click and collect and told me to go in and get a refund in person. Now almost the whole family has matching shirts except one person because of this mishap. It's really unacceptable that they couldn't reserve my prepaid order when stock came back, especially for a retailer this size. I'm disappointed in how this was handled and the lack of proper customer service. The reps did give me some local store numbers to try,
Pretty frustrated with my recent order. I did a click and collect through their website at my nearest location, but got notified that several items wouldn't be available there and I'd need to cover shipping to get them sent from the warehouse instead. When I showed up to pick up what they said was available in store, I realized almost all the other products I'd bought were actually sitting on the shelves the whole time. The staff member confirmed they'd been there all along. I'm upset because I shouldn't have been charged for shipping when everything was accessible at my local shop. I reached out to their customer service team to complain about the charges, but I haven't gotten any response back.
You can usually find something worthwhile at Best & Less even if it's not always geared toward my age group. Recently picked up 3 pairs of three-quarter length pajama bottoms that are fantastic. They're made from a really nice soft polyester blend with a bit of stretch, have pockets on the sides, and come in some beautiful colors and designs. The size 12 fit me like a dream and they're super comfortable to wear. For fourteen dollars each, they're an absolute steal.
Fantastic shopping experience at Best & Less! Grabbed myself a really comfortable black oversized sweater that's perfect for cold days. The kids also scored some winter gear that was marked down, which made it even better. Everything we were looking for was in stock, quality was solid, and the pricing can't be beat. Definitely coming back soon!
I want to give major props to the Best and Less online team for making my shopping experience so smooth. My Myer online order was way different from this. Everything arrived when it was supposed to, and all the items matched what was shown and came in perfect condition. The clothing selection is excellent, really solid quality, and everything looked just like it did online. Really pleased with this and will definitely order again. I'd recommend them to anyone who can't make it into a physical store!
