The company blocks negative feedback from appearing on their site. I ordered one of their leather jackets and was really disappointed with how much the quality has dropped since my first purchase. It's clear they're using cheaper materials and shortcuts now. The original jacket I got was excellent, so I'm not sure why they felt the need to change the formula. I submitted a negative review twice, but they won't publish it. It makes me wonder how many other customers have had their honest feedback hidden. When I followed up asking why my review wasn't being posted, they claimed it was false or misleading, which is ridiculous since I was just describing my actual experience with the product. This company seems more interested in keeping bad reviews invisible than actually addressing quality issues. That's a pretty dishonest way to do business.

Their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I placed an order and never got what I paid for. Every time I tried reaching out with questions or concerns, they basically ignored me and didn't respond. On top of that, they somehow lost my shipment. Getting my money back took forever, but even then I had to fight for it. Peter Manning NYC clearly doesn't care about their customers or making things right. Right after I finally got my refund processed, the exact item I had ordered suddenly showed back up in stock on their website. Pretty frustrating experience overall.
