I bought two necklaces from them after a really difficult loss because I wanted something special and meaningful. I spent a lot of time looking through their options and paid over two hundred dollars, waiting eagerly for my order to arrive. After waiting more than a week, I was told that half of what I ordered was no longer available and wouldn't be restocked. It took several more days just to get my refund straightened out. While they did eventually give my money back, the constant waiting, lack of communication, and letdown made a difficult time in my life even harder. I was upset that I couldn't get the exact pieces I had chosen and paid for.

Their return policy is basically non-existent. They claim you can email them about returns, but they'll just reject your request anyway.

When my chain with charms arrived, there was a really strong metallic smell to it. After only two weeks, the gold plated charms started getting tarnished and discolored. They look nice at first, but two weeks is not acceptable for a product you're paying for. I can't recommend them.

So their jewelry quality is inconsistent and allergic reactions aren't guaranteed. This company won't work with you on exchanges or returns if you're outside that narrow window, regardless of circumstances. We tried asking for a phone call through email and never heard back. We no longer trust this company. Skip it and save your money.

The bad reviews and complaints people have shared are all accurate. I'm pretty sure this company has fake positive reviews because for what you pay, this jewelry is just as cheap as what you'd find on other online retailers. I got a necklace as a gift and the clasp started looking tarnished within a few months, and I wasn't swimming or doing anything rough with it. Once the tarnishing got worse, I reached out to their support team and they blamed me for not taking care of it properly, which wasn't true. They like to claim their jewelry is high quality and made to resist tarnish, but that's clearly not what's happening. For sixty plus dollars, this should not be tarnishing so quickly. The quality just doesn't justify the price.

I'm disgusted with how this company operates. A few months back I had problems with an order and the wait time was long, but the employee lied and claimed it was because it was custom made, when I knew it wasn't and their own website said it was ready to send out. I gave them another chance with a new order hoping things would be different. They promise a maximum of five days to process and eight days to deliver, but I haven't received anything yet. This company needs to get their act together.

I paid extra for fast shipping on another order and it took two full weeks to arrive, not days. When one of the necklaces I bought for eighty dollars broke, I asked about getting it fixed. Their warranty only lasts six months, and they wanted forty dollars just for a replacement chain. The chain itself is so flimsy it looks like something you'd find in one of those cheap capsule machines at a gas station. I can't stand working with this company. The items are poor quality, the service is poor quality, and the prices don't match what you're getting at all.

The product was marketed as having an opal stone, but it's just plastic painted to look iridescent. I want my money back, but the website links don't work anymore.

This is a complete rip-off. I saw an ad for them on Instagram that looked really legitimate. They presented themselves as a Canadian small business owner making handmade jewelry, and mentioned they were closing down and having a clearance sale. Everything pointed to quality pieces made from real gold. I bought something, but when it arrived, it turned out to be low quality knockoff stuff from China. Nothing about it is Canadian or authentic.
