The email tracking numbers are way off and unreliable. I ran a couple of test emails and the open counts were completely absurd. The tracking data seems compromised somewhere in the process, counting opens that shouldn't exist. Both test messages showed over 100 opens each. One time, both tracked opens simultaneously from weeks after I sent them.

I found this program to be excellent. It's user-friendly and the cost is reasonable considering what you get. Customer tracking through different stages works reliably and it gave us the related contact features we required. We ended up switching from Google Workspace to Outlook, so the system no longer fit our needs. My colleague thought they had ended our membership, but apparently never completed the cancellation process. Our finance director flagged a charge from months back that we didn't realize was still active. Streak originally told us we'd missed the refund deadline and shared their standard cancellation policy. After multiple conversations back and forth, I'm pleased to say leadership made an exception and approved a partial refund for the unused time. The recurring bugs are frustrating. This problem has been going on for months now. Sometimes you add new contacts and they vanish after a day. Or you enter data and it just doesn't save. I wouldn't suggest this for anyone running an actual business.

The customer support team responds fast too, and their help center keeps getting better. The pipeline system with stages works well as a sales funnel with filtering and custom view options. I respect how they kept things straightforward without removing power features, though some advanced details aren't included. It's hard to complain about much. Zapier connects smoothly, though the Make integration feels less polished. Some users might find the JavaScript formula editor overly complicated.
