Normally I don't bother writing reviews, but I think other customers deserve to know what happened to me. Over the last few months, I've purchased almost $3,000 worth of stuff from them, which might not sound like a lot to some people but it's significant for my budget. I placed an online order for some consumables and never got a shipping confirmation. When I contacted them about it, they told me that one item was out of stock or backordered. I asked if they could just send me everything else that was available. Their response was that they'd have to charge me for shipping since my order would fall below the free shipping threshold without that one item. Basically, I'm being penalized for their problem and they want me to either wait or pay extra. I told them to forget it and that I'd rather spend more money with a company that actually values their customers and doesn't try to squeeze every last penny out of them. I gave them a chance to make it right and they just didn't care enough to fix it.

The FR denim shirt and jeans I ordered were really good quality and the pricing seemed pretty reasonable. I also grabbed a second pair of jeans in a different size just in case they didn't fit right. When those didn't work out and I tried to return them, it turned into a whole ordeal. First I had to email asking about returns, then they wanted me to send photos showing the items still had tags, everything was in original packaging, and the packing slip visible in the picture. One tag on one pair had come loose but the jeans themselves were perfect condition and honestly this shouldn't have mattered anyway. Once I sent the photos, they gave me a shipping label and said they'd refund my card but would subtract shipping, handling charges, and restocking fees per item. The whole thing made me realize this company doesn't really look out for customers the way a good seller should. I reached out one more time to check on things and they said they couldn't take the return anymore because their policy only allows returns within 14 days. The whole situation felt unfair and unreasonable, especially for buying online, considering how difficult they made the entire process.
