Amazfit Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Amazfit
Shoppers who rate Amazfit highly praise the device features, design, and battery life. Positive reviewers highlight the attractive round design compared to competitors, diverse health tracking features that reveal themselves through exploration, reliable multi-day battery performance, and good build quality. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews express severe frustration with customer service and product issues. Common complaints include unresponsive support teams that fail to reply to emails for extended periods, unhelpful repetitive troubleshooting responses, defective products (such as the Helio Strap experiencing pairing failures), inability to obtain returns or refunds, and technical issues like inaccurate distance tracking on fitness watches. Several reviewers report devices becoming completely non-functional with no recourse when support fails to respond.
The stark divide in ratings reflects two very different customer experiences: those who receive a working product and enjoy it, versus those who encounter defects or need customer support and find the company unresponsive. The recurring theme across negative reviews is that Amazfit's support team is unavailable or ineffective, leaving customers with broken devices and no path to resolution.

Sorted by: Most recentI really enjoy my Amazfit Active 2 Round. First off, it looks fantastic compared to all the square Apple watches everyone else has. Second, it's packed with interesting features and useful apps that keep revealing themselves as you explore. Every morning when I wake up it greets me with the time, weather, and other info. The battery goes 5 to 7 days between charges, so I'm not stuck charging constantly. The watch face I picked shows tons of data like steps, heart rate, HRV, temperature, date, time, altitude and more. It takes a bit to figure out where everything is and how to use the different apps, but you get the hang of it fast even if you're not super tech savvy.
Their customer service is terrible. I got the Helio Strap and loved it until it completely stopped recording sleep, stress, and bio-charge after just three days. I submitted feedback multiple times through the app and sent several emails asking how to return it. They kept sending the same reset instructions that I'd already tried a dozen times and never gave me actual return steps. It's been more than a week. I regret ordering straight from their website instead of Amazon. If you're thinking about buying, here's my advice: don't buy directly from Amazfit's site. The Helio strap is great if you're lucky and don't have problems. Seriously, don't order from their website. I hope someone at Amazfit reads this and helps because I don't want to lose my money to their awful support.
Horrible company. I bought an Amazfit device and wanted to return it the next day since I changed my mind. It was brand new and never used. I sent an email to their support on September 30th asking about returning it for money back. Three days went by with no reply, so I followed up on October 3rd. It's been over a week now and still nothing. This is unacceptable service. I've had to send a third email and I'm about to contact my bank to dispute it. I have a trip coming up and needed this sorted before then. If you care about support or even basic communication after buying, stay away from Amazfit.
The Helio strap is garbage. It stopped pairing after an iOS update. The Zepp app keeps saying 'Pairing failed' no matter what I do. I contacted support several times through email and logs but got nothing, not a word. Now the device is stuck and completely dead. If pairing fails, you're dependent on Amazfit to fix it remotely. When they don't respond, you're left holding an expensive brick. Don't buy if you want reliable performance or actual help from the company. Get something else instead. I'm out nearly 80 euros with nothing to show for it.
I've owned this GTS 2 for a year and my biggest complaint is the distance tracking is consistently off. It's usually short by 20 to 30 meters per kilometer. I run 10 kilometers twice a week and nearly every single time it's 200 to 300 meters short. It's really frustrating when you hit a new personal best but the watch doesn't record it accurately.
This watch is fantastic. I ordered it from Amazon and it arrived in two days. It's loaded with features like nutrition info, custom workout plans, sleep monitoring, voice control and tons more. The design is sleek and fits great on my wrist without irritation. The packaging was excellent. For the price you're getting a really high end watch. I'll write another review after using it longer. One small thing is the charger falls off the back pretty easily, but it's not a deal breaker.
The customer service here is absolutely appalling and I'd avoid this brand. My GTR 4 is only two years old and the crown button already quit working. When I tried getting support, it was a nightmare. The WhatsApp support is unprofessional, can't communicate clearly in English, dodges questions, and takes days to answer when they feel like it. Phone support is useless. Calls don't go through or if they do, they hang up on you mid-conversation with no apology or attempt to fix anything. Email support might as well not exist. You might get a generic copy-paste response if you're lucky. Amazfit obviously doesn't want to help customers at all. Forget about empathy or actual solutions. You'll struggle just to get them to acknowledge your problem. It's unacceptable that a pricey watch breaks in two years and the company acts like your issue doesn't exist.
I'm really satisfied with these watches. They're worth every penny and reasonably priced too. I started with the T-Rex, moved up to the T-Rex 2, and grabbed the T-Rex 3 when it launched. These do everything I need without unnecessary features. I appreciate the functionality and standby time. My wife uses an Apple watch and needs to charge it constantly, but I'm not dealing with that. Sure, they claim up to 24 days, but that's with minimal use. If you enable everything, battery drains faster, and the watch tells you that upfront. I've got almost all features turned on and still get 8 to 9 days easily. Perfect for me. Plus they look fantastic. People ask me about it all the time.
I was enjoying my watch when I spotted a large crack or scratch on the face. I'm not sure how it happened since I didn't drop it. I'm retired and don't wear a watch to work or do anything that would damage it. I asked for help and they said they can't assist. They told me repairs would probably cost more than buying new. I've only had it three months. Don't recommend this company. Won't be purchasing from them again.
My new T-Rex 3 got extremely hot after two days. I told Amazfit I wanted to return it. Three weeks have gone by and I've sent two messages about the return with zero response. They have no real support, which means if something breaks, you can't send it back or get it fixed under warranty because you can't even reach anyone. Don't buy from them.
