I used to love Chi products until I bought one of their hair straighteners. It worked fine for the first couple of uses, then the digital screen just died. I reached out to their customer service team and they basically said sorry but couldn't help since I'm located outside the US. Seems like they only support customers within America. If you're anywhere else, I'd skip it. Not worth the money, especially when mine broke after barely being used.
