Now I have a ring I can't wear that barely lasted half a year. What really bothers me isn't even the ring breaking, it's how rudely the owner treated me and his refusal to work with me at all on customer service.
I received both the Dave and Torn fragrances, and I'm really let down. These scents are nothing like how they're described on the website. When I didn't care for either one, I looked into returning them only to find out Henry Rose doesn't accept returns at all. I must have missed that in the fine print. You'd think with a celebrity name attached to it, the brand would be more reliable, but apparently not. It just feels like another celebrity cashing in on their name without actually standing behind the product quality.
My mistake for not reading about their no refund or exchange policy before ordering. They confirmed via email that exchanges aren't possible. That said, three of the scents in the Warm discovery set were genuinely terrible. I'm talking Heavy Old Spice, Diaper Rash Ointment, and Tide Pods territory. Two others just weren't my style. I wanted to swap the whole Warm set for their other discovery option, but since no exchanges are allowed, I'd have to buy a new set and toss the Warm one. I'm going to stick with other clean fragrance brands I've had better luck with.
