Spent about 900 bucks on a full-size organic latex hybrid mattress for my daughter and really regret it. The only latex part is the cover. You can immediately feel the coil springs right below the surface. Every movement makes the whole bed shift. When you sit down, the edges collapse like a wave. It doesn't work with an adjustable bed frame either - stays totally flat when you try to raise it. I've gotten better quality mattresses from regular discount retailers. Tried to return it and they said I'd have to wait at least 30 days or pay 99 dollars for early return plus another 99 for shipping. They wouldn't budge on that policy even though the mattress was completely different from what was advertised. You'll be better off not buying from this company.

Great experience with the site and the team was helpful and friendly. It did take a couple weeks to get my mattress made and shipped out, but once it arrived it was exactly what I wanted. This mattress is perfect and I'm confident it'll give me years of great sleep.

Ordered a 9 inch queen-size reversible mattress and when it showed up the quality was terrible and the height was wrong. They offered a replacement and a refund credit. The refund never came through, and the replacement mattress is something completely different, feels like cheap foam with awful edge support. Asked for my full money back and haven't gotten any response. Either they're being deliberately dishonest or they have no clue what they're doing.

Writing this about issues with their website. The 9 inch organic latex mattress specs are all over the place and contradict each other. Under the mattress details menu they list 1/2 inch wool, 3 inches of support latex, and 6 inches core latex. But then in their FAQ section for the same mattress they say it has 1 inch wool, 2 inches support latex, and 6 inches core latex. And in another FAQ about ILD ratings they mention 3 different latex layers with different firmness levels. If there are only 2 latex layers, why list 3 densities? Seems like they changed their specs somewhere down the line, maybe to cut corners, and never updated the website. Today there are hundreds of mattress companies competing and prices keep going up, so it's tough to trust anyone. This company is a perfect example of why. I also asked these questions on their site and never heard back, plus my post never showed up.

Picked this pillow because of all the great reviews posted on their site, though I'm guessing they filter out negative ones. Once I started using it, I got constant neck pain, shoulder problems, and headaches every single day. When I contacted their customer service about it, their response was basically 'sorry that happened, good luck.' Not impressed with how they handle complaints.

Got a latex pillow a month back and right away realized it wasn't as good as other latex pillows I own. It doesn't have enough support and firmness, so your head just sinks all the way down when you lie on it. This caused real neck and back pain every time I used it. Their support team just kept pointing to their return policy without offering any real help, and they don't even accept pillow returns anyway. I also looked at their customer reviews and it's pretty obvious most of them are fake, written by the company itself - they all use the same phrases and get flagged as suspicious by browser plugins. My own negative review never got approved and posted on their site.

Misleading marketing on the organic cotton cover - it's actually half polyester and nowhere on the site do they mention this! Plus it has this strong chemical smell like air freshener. The whole reason to go natural is to avoid off-gassing, but they wrap their latex in synthetic material that definitely off-gases. When I reached out about the issue, they basically denied everything and wouldn't admit there was any problem. Even the product label claims 100% cotton, which is false. And the customer service people were completely unhelpful. There are plenty of other latex mattress companies out there that won't mislead you. Skip this one if you care about avoiding harmful chemicals.
