Sorted by: Most recentRecently ordered some Journee Collection booties from Target.com through a Target Plus seller. The boots didn't work out for me because of my foot shape, and they're still in brand new condition. I tried to return them just one day past the deadline. Target told me to contact Journee Collection directly about making an exception, but when I reached out to them, they said they couldn't help since I bought through Target and that Target needed to handle it. I ended up getting passed back and forth between the two companies with no real solution offered, even though the item was never worn and the timing issue was really just a day or two off. I get that return windows are a thing, but I was hoping they might work with me somehow whether that's swapping it for a different size, offering store credit, or just being flexible. Would be great if Journee Collection thought about handling returns differently when customers buy from marketplace partners like Target.
It's been over three weeks since I shipped my items back and I still haven't gotten my money. I did everything right, sent in my return following all their instructions, and got confirmation that they got it. They keep telling me the refund was processed, but I still don't have it for my order from late November. This company needs better customer service and they're not doing a good job keeping customers happy. If you ever need to return something for a refund, be careful with them.
Buyer beware with this company. I tried ordering shoes through a Simon outlet partner site and had a terrible experience. They're dishonest about inventory to get you to visit their site. Terrible company to work with overall. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes and got an email saying they shipped with a delivery date. Then two days later, another email shows up saying the whole order got cancelled. How does something that's already been shipped end up cancelled? That doesn't make sense. Now they're refusing to take responsibility and just offered me a rain check instead of actually fixing the problem. They shut down the case without resolving anything. Really frustrating experience.
