Honestly wouldn't even give them a star if I could go lower. The dress that arrived was completely different from what's shown on their site. It was unflattering, didn't fit right, and I'd submitted my exact measurements too. They responded initially but went silent once the problem started. Would never shop here again unless you don't mind getting something you hate. This situation has totally stressed me out over what should be a joyful occasion. I didn't have money to waste on a bad dress and now I'm scrambling to find something else with only a few weeks left. Do yourself a favor and stick with other retailers. At least places like Amazon actually process returns without hassle!

Never ordering again. The dresses didn't fit properly and they sent me something I didn't even request. Now they're making it difficult about the return process and won't easily provide a shipping address. You end up paying your own return shipping plus they hit you with a 20% restocking fee. Even after all that, they keep pushing back and suggesting I donate, resell, or just keep the items. Frustrating experience overall.

Be careful! This was a terrible experience. I ordered a dress and paid extra for expedited shipping. It arrived in Oklahoma when I live in New York. That's nowhere close to where I am and they refused to refund me. Don't waste your money on this.
