What Shoppers Say About Qunol
Qunol receives sharply divided feedback, with shoppers either praising the product effectiveness or expressing serious concerns about company operations. Positive reviewers highlight significant health benefits, particularly from the Magnesium Glycinate and CoQ10 products, with users reporting improved sleep, reduced restless leg symptoms, and better overall wellness. However, the majority of reviewers report major problems: expired products reaching customers, severely delayed shipping (up to a month), unresponsive customer service with unreturned calls, and billing issues where charges are processed before orders ship.
Beyond product quality, reviewers raise additional concerns about the company's marketing practices, customer service accessibility, and responsiveness to consumer inquiries about product ingredients. Some shoppers describe frustrating experiences with company surveys and questionnaires that seemed poorly designed. The stark contrast between positive product testimonials and negative operational complaints suggests that while the supplements may deliver results for some users, purchasing and customer service issues are significant pain points that deter many potential customers.

Sorted by: Most recentBeyond the product itself, I'm really concerned about the company's marketing approach. Their TV ads show someone doing extreme sports without proper safety gear, which sends a terrible message to kids. This kind of irresponsible advertising could contribute to serious injuries. Any parent whose child has been hurt doing risky activities should consider what these campaigns are promoting.
After testing lots of different products, I figured I'd give the Magnesium Glycinate one final try. Best decision ever. This stuff is like magic. My restless legs are gone, my back feels so much better, and I can actually fall asleep without waking up groggy the next morning. Seriously recommending this to everyone.
Grabbed a bottle of Qunol CoQ10 from my local warehouse store about a week ago. When I went to check it before opening, I noticed it had already expired back in May 2024. Thankfully I inspected it first. I brought it back to the store and made sure to let the manager know about the issue.
Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and they'll charge your card but then sit on your order. Expect to wait almost a month for anything to ship. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to help you. Nearly two weeks went by after they took my money and the product still hadn't even left their warehouse.
I wouldn't touch this company based on how they handled their survey. They wasted nearly an hour of my time with some supposed AI questionnaire. I answered everything truthfully, but it kept repeating the same questions over and over like it didn't process my answers. It seemed like they really wanted me to say that celebrity endorsements would make me buy their stuff, but that's just not how I work.
Called multiple times and left several voicemails. Their recorded message kept saying I'd get a callback, but nobody ever did. I was trying to ask about their Liquid CoQ10 in the orange pineapple flavor and whether it had any questionable artificial dyes like titanium dioxide. They never bothered to respond, which honestly makes me suspicious. Once I learned they source some ingredients from overseas, it explained their silence.
I'm a big fan of the Liquid CoQ10 I've been buying from the warehouse store for quite a while now. It's a fantastic supplement for cardiovascular support and managing cholesterol levels. Of course everyone's different, so talking to your doctor makes sense. But for me personally, this is an excellent product and I tell everyone about it.
Would really appreciate it if reviewers stuck to talking about the actual products themselves instead of mixing in stuff about shipping or support. It gets tedious reading through all that extra noise when I'm just trying to figure out if the supplement itself is worth buying. If I need customer service feedback, I'll search for that separately. Can we please keep the focus on whether the product actually works?
Placed my order in mid-March. By early April, the carrier still hadn't received the package. I reached out to the company three times starting late March but gotten zero response. I even marked it as past the expected delivery date on their site. This is unacceptable.
I'm confident the actual supplement quality is good, but there's a real problem with how it's packaged. That seal under the cap won't come off completely no matter what you do. I tried using a knife and still had pieces stuck on it. The bottle tells you to shake it well, but all that does is create a mess with yellow liquid everywhere because of the seal residue. This is now the third bottle I've had this problem with, and I'm not buying from them again.
