The designs at Sarah Flint are absolutely stunning, and I've been a loyal customer purchasing multiple pairs throughout the years. However, I've encountered a real problem with the construction of certain Natalie styles and some of their sandals where the soles have started separating as though they were never properly adhered. This issue has shown up on more than one pair. Getting them fixed locally here in Australia costs between $50-$100 per shoe, which is frustrating when they're brand new and I've paid a premium for international shipping. When I reached out, the company suggested sending them back for their repair service, but that's prohibitively expensive so I handle it myself. I take excellent care of my footwear and accessories, keeping everything looking pristine and away from moisture and direct heat. Yet somehow these particular models still fail. The aesthetics deserve a perfect 5, but the durability of those specific designs gets maybe a 2. My other pairs don't have this issue at all.
