Really let down by how T3Micro handles customer support. I placed an order in mid-September and waited two full weeks before getting any tracking info. When the tracking finally came through, it showed the package was lost somewhere in transit. I reached out to their support team right away and explained what happened, asking if I could get my money back since the item never showed up and I no longer needed it anyway. That was about two weeks ago now and I haven't heard a peep from them. No response, no updates, nothing. For a company that's supposed to have a good reputation, this has been really disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I'd definitely recommend shopping elsewhere rather than ordering directly from them.
